After the successful Dasara, Nani will be next seen in an emotional drama, Hi Nanna. Debutant Shouryuv is directing Hi Nanna, and Sita Ramam beauty Mrunal Thakur is roped in as the female lead.
Nani took to his social media and assured fans that they would fall in love with the film’s album. Hesham Abdul Wahab, who recently made his Telugu debut with Kushi, is composing the score.
Hesham Abdul Wahab proved his talent with a refreshing score in Kushi. Though nothing groundbreaking, his work in Kushi was commendable.
However, due to the flaws in the script and writing, the film didn’t allow the music to truly shine, and the songs couldn’t reach the level that they could have if the film had turned out to be great. The content let the music down in Kushi’s case.
With Hesham at the helm of Hi Nanna, the anticipation is that he can deliver a score of Kushi caliber. This time around, there’s hope that the film’s content will support and enhance the music, ensuring that the album doesn’t fade away after the movie’s release, as it did with Kushi.
