Guru Faces Heat From Guru Director

Guru is the new film of Venkatesh and Cheliya is the new movie of Guru director Mani Ratnam. How are these two different identities related? Well, they are going to face off at the box office as per latest update.

Both, Guru and Cheliya are slated to release on the same day April 7 as per latest trade update. It means there will be a big face off right at the start of the summer. It will be an interesting clash as both the movies will be targeted at the same audience.

Mani Ratnam’s Cheliya has the backing of Dil Raju which could be big boost in case the talk is good. Only problem here is there will be big movies releasing every week, both before and after April 7, with the mother of all films Baahubali 2 arriving in two weeks.
