No Buzz For Vidaamuyarchi Telugu

Thala Ajith Kumar, known for his solid fanbase and blockbuster hits in Tamil cinema, has seen his recent films struggle to make the expected impact at the box office.

Despite being a top star, his recent projects like Valimai and Thunivu haven’t quite lived up to the hype.

On the other hand, Thalapathy Vijay continues to soar in popularity and dominating Ajith.

Ajith’s latest release, Vidaamuyarchi, is set to hit theaters on February 6, with the Telugu-dubbed version, Pattudala, also coming out this week.

However, the buzz around the film is zero in the Telugu states, and it seems like the film is failing to generate the expected excitement.

Even with a star-studded cast that includes Ajith, Trisha, Regina Cassandra, and Arjun, who are popular with Telugu audience, there’s been a lack of promotion and fanfare.

The trailer, songs by Anirudh, and the overall vibe of the film have been mediocre till now not matching with the level of buzz one would expect from a top star movie.

The film’s marketing efforts appear to be weak, with hardly any attempts to create a sense of anticipation. There is no awareness about the film and not many know that such a film exists in the first place.

Ajith, known for his reclusive nature and preference for minimal promotion, hasn’t engaged much in promoting the Tamil version, let alone the Telugu version.

Additionally, stars like Trisha, Regina, and Arjun have also not taken an active role in reaching out to the Telugu audience to promote Pattudala.

Without the usual promotional push, the film’s fate at the box office looks disastrous.
