Vijay Deverakonda Reveals The Real Rowdy Boys!

The second single from Dil Raju’s production Rowdy Boys is out today. The ultimate Rowdy Vijay Deverakonda did the honours and a special function was held for the same. It is here that VD revealed the true Rowdy Boys.

Before Vijay Deverakonda came up with his energizing and inspirational speech, it was Dil Raju who took the dais to share some interesting details.

Dil Raju said that he took permission from Vijay Deverakonda before locking the title. He asked VD if his fandom is called Rowdy Boys. When Vijay Deverakonda said that it’s Rowdies, Dil Raju went ahead naming the title.

Not only that, Dil Raju said that he couldn’t cast Vijay Deverakonda or be associated with him earlier. He revealed VD auditioned for Kerintha and then later approached him for Pelli Choopulu distribution. Unfortunately, they didn’t materialise. Dil Raju showered him with praises saying that after Pawan Kalyan it is VD who has developed cult youth following in a quick time.

In mutual admiration, Vijay Deverakonda said that Dil Raju and Shirish were real Rowdy Boys. They came from nowhere and are ruling the film industry as one of the pillars. It wouldn’t be possible with great dedication and passion. He promised that a film in their combo is coming soon.

VD told that he knew the main cast of Rowdy Boys for a long time and wished the unit all the best. Rowdy Boys stars Ashish and Anupama Parameswaran in the lead. Harsha Konuganti of Husharu fame directs it. Rowdy Boys will hit cinemas on November 19th all over.
