Nani met Kamal Haasan while shooting for the southern remake of Band Baja Baaraat in Chennai. He says he felt like a small kid waiting for a picture with the legendary actor and also his photograph. Nani and Kamal Haasan were shooting on adjacent floors, where Kamal was filming for upcoming multilingual thriller “Vishwaroopam 2”.

Nani was surprised when Kamal identified him and welcomed with a smile. He even introduced Nani to his heroine (Pooja Kumar) and explained her meaning of his name that means two different things in Tamil and Telugu.
Nani says he still can’t believe he met Kamal Haasan and says his dream has come true, but he is still in a state of trance. He also added that he will nourish this moment for a lifetime.
