YSR Congress complaints to center about Polavaram!

In a shocking revelation, it is now revealed that few YSR Congress MPs met Union Water Resources Minister Uma Bharathi and lodged a complaint on Polavaram project. Recently the state government increased the estimated expenditure of the project from 16011 Crores to 30000 Crores.

YSR Congress MPs reportedly complained to the center that the design approved by the center when the project was granted National Status is being changed by the state government by incorporating Pattiseema and other changes. A committee was sent to examines these allegations.

The committee toured Polavaram Project site for three days from 8th of this month and concluded that there is no changes in the Project DPR after the National Status. It is very disheartening to see the main opposition party acting against the interests of the state.
