
The TDP government in Andhra Pradesh has taken a path-setting decision in the field of health.
If one gets a heart attack, it will take at least an hour on average to reach the nearest hospital in rural areas. Between this gap, an injection named Tenecteplase will save the patient.

If injected on time, the patient’s life will be saved. The government has decided to keep stock of the injections at the primary health centers in villages.
Each injection costs Rs 40 to 45,000 and it will be given free of cost to the patient. It is TDP’s initiative to provide quick interventions to save lives in rural AP.
