Hari Rama Jogaiah and Mudragada Padmanabham colored themselves as Kapu leaders and carried out the YSR Congress agenda all these days. We have seen them trouble the Opposition even though Jagan did nothing for the community.
Jogaiah troubled Pawan Kalyan with his letters but when it was time, he sent his son into YSR Congress.
Now, it is the turn of Mudragada Padmanabham.
MP Midhun Reddy reached out to Mudragada and invited him to the party. Mudragada and his son are likely to join the party on the 12th of this month.
It is said that Jagan will not give a ticket for Mudragada but promised to consider him for Rajya Sabha in the future.
Jagan Mohan Reddy is worried about the Kapu consolidation, particularly in the Godavari districts due to the TDP and Janasena alliance. He is trying to negate the alliance factor using Jogaiah and Mudragada.
But then both of them are spent forces and it was long back they made an impact on electoral politics. Their inactivity during the Jagan government on community issues dented their credibility.
