Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan made headline-making comments today in state Assembly. During his speech, he made a couple of comments that are bound to pave way for social media discussions.
Pawan Kalyan said the Telangana people were together in ‘Naa Telangana’ feeling. Unfortunately, this was not the case with Andhra people. “In Andhra, people are castiest and lack ‘Andhra’ feeling,” he said. The deputy CM said the only time when Andhra people feel one is in the issue of Visakha Steel Plant, he said amidst applause.
He further went on to address the other issue – unity among alliance partners. He said fortunately or unfortunately, the state was having an alliance government. But the alliance partners are together despite people trying to instigate them from time to time. “We might have issues. We might have internal fights. But we are one family. Whatever happens, happens within the family,” he said. We will be together for 15 years, said Deputy CM.
Pawan Kalyan also made it a point to hit out at YSRCP. He said they will not allow the party that didn’t respect the Governor, he said, once again amidst applause.
