BJP MP’s Advice to Jagan To Tide Over Amaravati Crisis

TG Venkatesh who got nominated from TDP to the Upper House is currently in BJP. He is the only of the first few leaders who revealed that Andhra Pradesh may have three capitals. Later it became reality and now he has another piece of advice for CM Jagan to tide over the Amaravati crisis.

TG Venkatesh has suggested Chief Minister push Amaravati as the Second capital of India. “You approach Prime Minister Narendra Modi and make the suggestion. Constitution Writer, Ambedkar always opined that the Second Capital of India should be in South India. You have 33K acres ready for the Capital,” TG Venkatesh said.

He also suggested one way to solve the current three capitals issue is to set up a mini secretariat, Assembly and high court in Kurnool and Visakhapatnam. On the other side, it is known to our readers that TDP managed to stall the three capitals proposal for three months due to its majority in the Council.

However, the Ruling Party says that there is no stopping to the three capitals. “At most, there is a delay. Decentralization will happen for sure and no one can stop that,” YSR Congress Ministers say.
