Andhra Pradesh deputy chief minister, Pawan Kalyan clearly has his focus on bigger things and he has been acting accordingly. Now he has started to take pretty big steps in Telangana politics as well.
Today, Pawan Kalyan arrived at Hanumakonda to meet an ailing fan who had the last wish of meeting the star actor and he was so warm and humble with the ailing individual.
This was precisely something interesting was observed in the kind of public movement that Kalyan clild instigate in the Hanumakonda region in Telangana today.
Kalyan was welcomed by significant crowds that had gathered in big numbers to welcome him, and this significant turnout could be an education of his craze remaining intact in Telangana yet.
Pawan Kalyan’s Janasena did not have a favourable campaign in Telangana in the previous assembly election, but this was largely due to the fact that the party hadn’t gained ground in AP. Now that Janasena is a part of the ruling alliance in AP, this is translating into Telangana as well.
This brings us to the question, whether Kalyan can actually put this craze into something meaningful and utilise it to have an electoral outcome, including the upcoming GHMC election and upcoming assembly election in 2028.
But at the fundamental level, Janasena needs foundational leadership in Telangana, which is tough, considering the lack of adequate leadership here. This needs to be addressed by Kalyan on priority if the Telangana dream is intact.
