CBI To Summon Kavitha To Delhi And Arrest?

Telangana CM KCR’s daughter Kavitha’s name was figured in the chargesheet of the Delhi Liquor Scam. A few days ago, Kavitha’s former auditor Buchibabu got arrested by the CBI. Since then, there are speculations that Kavitha’s turn is coming soon.

CBI already questioned Kavitha in this case in December. The sleuths came to her residence in Hyderabad and questioned her for seven hours. Buzz in the media is that she will be questioned once again in the case.

The speculations are that she will be summoned to Delhi this time and may be even arrested after that.

After questioning Kavitha in December, several developments have taken place in the case. The CBI will question her on these developments.

If Kavitha is arrested, the case will lead to an even more bitter political rivalry between BRS and BJP. Only the other day, KCR made a fiery speech in the state assembly against the incompetence of the Union Government and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The BJP, however, says KCR is trying to prepare the ground for ‘political vendetta’ claims if Kavitha is arrested.
