Naidu Dispels Baseless Rumours in His Own Style

Last month, there are some reports that Andhra Pradesh Government had insulted Vijayawada Metro Rail Adviser, ‘Metro Man’ Sridharan by deviating and bypassing him opting for Light Metro. The reports said Sreedharan did not get the appointment of the Chief Minister even after trying for one month.

Sreedharan later resigned to his post fueling those rumours. However, the Metro Man confirmed that his resignation is due to Age Related issues and nothing more than that. But the rumours continued. Chandrababu dispelled all those in his own style.

He refused to accept the resignation of Sreedharan and the latter met the Chief Minister the other day in Velagapudi Secretariat and reviewed the project development and the recent Metro Policy of the Central Government. He also sat with the AP CS after the meeting.

Chandrababu reportedly told him that AP needs his hand holding in these projects and asked him to continue. Sreedharan also promised the State Government to pursue the pending proposals of Vijayawada Metro Rail Project with the Central Government.
