Tech Savvy Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister developed this habit of ranking his ministers and MLAs periodically to keep them on toes. However this rankings were published in all Newspapers and Media Channels and completely backfired. The results were a huge embarrassment for Ministers and MLAs who were ranked poor.

Forget about the controversies over the rankings, they became tools for the opposition parties to mock the non-performing ministers and MLAs. Naidu reportedly apologized to some of his ministers as the report got leaked and it became a fodder for opposition to take on the government.
Naidu reportedly ordered his son, Nara Lokesh not to divulge the rankings and survey details going further. The reports will be sent to the Chief Minister himself in seal cover and he will be talking to his team directly one on one about their performance giving no scope for public discussion.
