Jairam Ramesh, who is the part in making a faulty Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act came up with a book on the state bifurcation. The Book titled ‘Old History and New Geography: Bifurcating Andhra Pradesh’ released in to market. Jairam Ramesh went on to say he drafted the bill with accuracy.

He also said that he tried to do justice to both the sides even though he is aware that they will not be thankful to him. He said AP people should be thankful to Congress for the bifurcation since the fruits of bifurcation can be felt 5-10 years after the division. He also did not feel that the Bifurcation Act can be any different.
He went on to say Congress did all that it can do to make sure Andhra Pradesh is not on losing side after leaving out Hyderabad and so inducted several development packages and projects for the state. Andhra Pradesh people expressed their thanks giving Zero seats to Congress Party, even then Jairam Ramesh feels he and his party did justice.
