The Relationship between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao is often surprising. We have seen KCR calling Modi as a Fascist right after 2014 elections and from there, it has come to the same KCR calling him country’s Most Love Leader when the latter is on his first tour to Telangana.

But then the recent Demonetization announced by Modi has paved the way to interesting events. There are reports pouring in that CM KCR is extremely displeased with the sudden decision. Except for the Chief Minister revealing the loss of the state incomes due to this move, there is no official statement against Demonetization.
There are also reports that he is mobilizing the support of non-BJP Chief Ministers’ support to take on the center. There is no condemnation statement from any of those in TRS over these developments for the past few days. If these are true, it will have a great impact on the relationship of TRS and BJP.
There are speculations if KCR is putting up his national ambitions by taking on Modi on this issue. But at the same time, the issue has got a good support from the people as well and taking the all powerful Modi in this issue may not be that easy. Is KCR testing the waters with intentional leaks?
