YS Jagan Mohan Reddy came before Select Media and claimed innocence in the Adani issue.
Even though the US Department of Justice’s indictment statement mentioned ‘Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister (2021)’ and the bribes on three to four occasions, Jagan said his name is not mentioned and even said, “Somebody should be a Fool to Name me in this issue.”

This is the first time Jagan went to the extent of a Defamation. Rightly so because the issue got raised by the US Government and needs no validity.

Jagan had turned Court-Phobic after that sixteen-month jail stay and every Friday Nampally Court visits.
We have seen him to evade 1000s of Court Hearings for several reasons.
He did not even give a statement in the Kodi Kathi case delaying the bail of an innocent Dalit.
If Jagan files a Defamation, he should naturally attend the court every now and then.
Lokesh filed a Defamation Suit against Sakshi and has already appeared in court more than half a dozen times.
Will Jagan do that? If he does, the CBI will also say in court that he is intentionally evading court hearings.
That said, he should attend the Nampally Court every Friday. Is Jagan prepared for it?
