In what appears to be another horrific incident that happened in Delhi, a 17 year old girl escaped from a dangerous situation. The situation was grim for Khyati Khandelwal but using her wit, she escaped from the clutches of two men who grabbed her in a relatively secluded part of Punjabi Bagh in Delhi.

The post about this incident has gone viral on Facebook and reinforces the message of using smarts to escape harrowing situations, “Be safe. And if you can’t be safe, be smart.” It goes on to detail the unusual way Khyati escaped the situation by acting as if she was a ghost and speaking in a paranormal way which was supported by her open, unkept hair.
The tactic worked and the men walked away scared. The girl’s intelligence is being lauded on social media.
