Telangana Chief Minister K Chandra Sekhar Rao may be thinking blaming Chandrababu Naidu or Andhra Pradesh will be the easiest way to mask the issues pertaining the state. Minutes after giving a hug, KCR lambasted Chandrababu for telling he will put up the statues of Telangana great people in Andhra Pradesh. He questioned Chandrababu for not getting the thought during his previous tenures.
But this latest comments of KCR will only end up as another hate speech. There are indeed several statues of Bammera Pothana, Rudramma Devi and other Telangana greats in Andhra region. In fact Tank bund had so many statues of great people who contributed to Telugu culture as former Chief Minister NT Rama Rao thought it will be a fitting tribute to them to have their statues put in the state capital. KCR also declared that he very well know how to remove those statues with respect. But sadly a learned person like KCR may not know when there is a removal, there is nothing called respect. When KCR is busy provoking people’s sentiment, Mahatma Gandhi squatting in front of the Assembly building may well be afraid of getting his time of exit to Gujarat some day.
