Former MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi Arrested

Former Ganavaram MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi, known for using the most abusive and unparliamentary language against Chandrababu Naidu and Nara Lokesh, has been arrested in Hyderabad early this morning.

He was allegedly involved in the attack on the TDP office in broad daylight. According to reports, he is being shifted from Hyderabad to the Vijayawada police station after being taken into custody.

Recently, there was a twist in the TDP office attack case when the complainant Satyavardhan, turned hostile and claimed he was not involved. This shocked TDP supporters and even the party leaders. Now, reports suggest that Vallabhaneni Vamsi was behind Satyavardhan, influencing him to change his statement in court.

The police now have reportedly gathered evidence linking Vamsi to the incident, leading to his arrest.

Ever since TDP came to power, there has been a strong demand to take action against Vallabhaneni Vamsi and Kodali Nani, mainly due to their abusive language against Chandrababu Naidu and Lokesh. So far, the TDP government has not taken any aggressive steps against them, but this marks the first major arrest that will please party cadres. However, they are waiting to see how the situation unfolds—whether he will be released on bail by evening or if stricter action will follow.

Given the government’s lenient stance on certain issues, TDP is not known for vendetta politics. Party cadres are watching closely to see what happens next. If Vallabhaneni Vamsi faces serious legal trouble, it could mark the first step in implementing Nara Lokesh’s Red Book strategy in Andhra Pradesh.
