Governor of both the Telugu States, ESL Narasimhan is in Delhi and met Prime Minister Narendra Modi a short while ago in Parliament. Both of them reportedly had a one hour closed door meeting. Media quizzed about him regarding the visit after the meeting. Narasimhan only said that is a routine meeting.

The Governor did both the state governments are doing commendable job in dealing with drought conditions prevailing in both the states. Governments are making arrangements of food, drinking water and animal fodder to the affected areas. Governor said drought is the major point of discussion in the meeting.
Some reporters have asked if he carried a secret report to the Central government about the ongoing defections drive in both the Telugu states. He replied that there is no such thing but at the same time declined to comment about the Operation Akarsha taken up by TRS and TDP in both the states.
