Harish Rao’s All-Out Attack on Congress

After emptying TDP (TS) and YSR Congress in Telangana, the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samiti is eyeing the top Congress leaders including seven sitting legislators. Irrigation Minister Harish Rao is spearheading this Operation.

Harish Rao is in talks with Congress MLAs D K Aruna (Gadwal), Komatireddy Venkata Reddy (Nalgonda), S A Sampath (Alampur), T Rammohan Reddy (Parigi)Ch Vamsichand Reddy (Kalwakurthy) and MLC K Rajagopal Reddy.

Sources say that the response until now is positive. Komatireddy Brothers have the apprehensions of admitting their rival Kancharla Bhupal Reddy into the TRS. Some of the MLAs are to be convinced on the basis of a survey of TRS which reportedly indicated that the TRS is very strong in the constituencies being represented by them.
