Indeed, Hyderabad Internet Airport secured the first rank in a survey conducted by the Airports Council International. The ASQ or the Airport Service Quality Survey conducted in the 5-15 million passengers per annum (MPPA) showed that in the year 2016, Hyderabad was in the top position with a score of 4.9 which had improved 5 points from its earlier score of 4.4 in 2009.
The Hyderabad International Airport is designed to accommodate 12MPPA and is currently in its 9th year of running. The CEO, S G K Kishore, has attributed this position to the hard works and efforts of all the support staff involved in the operations.
