The CM suggested inviting IT professionals and employees to participate at Tummidikunta in the Hitec city area. He also asked that film celebrities be invited to attend the Kite festival at Nallacheruvu lake in Kukatpally.

The sports loving CM stated that sports persons should be invited to Burukudfin lake in the Rajendranagar area. The aim is to attract diverse groups and encourage public participation at different festival locations.

With HYDRAA receiving both positive and negative responses from the public, the government decided to host the popular Kite festival at restored lakes. Many citizens had earlier complained about encroachments and lakes being used as dumping grounds.

The initiative is intended to highlight restoration efforts and promote these lakes as leisure spaces. The government hopes citizens of Hyderabad will visit these locations and spend time around the revived water bodies.
