A complaint was lodged against him that Roychowdhury used an incendiary device in violation of federal law in connection with his efforts to terrorize and intimidate a private organization. He committed the act on May 8, 2022, at around 6 am. Outside the building, someone sprayed, “If abortions aren’t safe, then you aren’t either,” and there was a large A with a circle around it and the number 1312.

Following a forensic investigation of the DNA found on the spot and the food that Roychowdhury threw into a trash can, he is being looked upon as the prime suspect. A date for his appearance in federal court has been set.
