The Minister ordered the Chief Secretary of the Home Department to conduct a thorough inquiry into the matter.
The Pressmeet sent by the Janasena‘s Official PR also mentions the word “ఆ నలుగురు”.

Previously, “ఆ నలుగురు” refers to Allu Aravind, Suresh Babu, Dil Raju, and Suniel Narang, but times have changed.
Allu Aravind slowly became inactive in Distribution and theater leasing.

He only holds a few theaters as an Exhibitor now, besides being a Producer.
After the Press Note mentions “ఆ నలుగురు”, people were after Allu Aravind as well.
This has blown into an issue of Pawan Kalyan (Mega) Vs Allu Arjun too.
But the fact is that there is no “ఆ నలుగురు” now in the Theaters Monopoly.
Dil Raju, Suniel Narang, and Suresh Babu have formed a cartel recently. If we have to use that term “ఆ నలుగురు”, we should add Sirish as well who heads the distribution business of Dil Raju in Nizam region.
Coming to the theaters strike, the issue first started in East Godavari and slowly spread to other areas. It became serious when Nizam’s “ఆ ముగ్గురు” took it seriously.
It is their own interest to corner Mythri in the Nizam region. Since they have theaters on hold and as they are doing no big films, it will be a dent to Mythri, which is having many big Pan-India films.
Suresh Babu was a strong advocate of this model when the Exhibitors had a meeting on the 18th of this month.
There is a strong buzz in the industry that it was Dil Raju who arranged that meeting where Exhibitors sent a letter of Strike to the Chamber.
Allu Aravind did not speak anything about this issue, and he also did not participate in the meeting.
Bunny Vas opposed the Percentage System, and that means Allu Aravind will be automatically not part of that “ఆ నలుగురు”.
Neither Allu Aravind nor Bunny Vas attended the Joint Meeting today.
Suniel Narang initially supported the Bandh but slowly dissociated himself. He tried to play on both sides in this issue.
It is a different topic altogether that Narang’s Kubera will be one of the first releases to get impacted if the Percentage System was really implemented.
In a way, only two people – Dil Raju and Suresh Babu strongly advocated for the Percentage System, not the “ఆ నలుగురు” as the Minister’s Press Note refers to.
