The Deputy Speaker of AP government, Raghurama Krishna Raju has announced the seats allocated for CM and his cabinet colleagues along with other leaders in the Assembly.
As the CM, Chandrababu Naidu was given Seat No 1. The seats of CM, deputy CM and other cabinet members were allotted in front of the Treasury Bench.
Then, the seats were allocated for Chief Whip and Whip. The seats were allotted as per seniority. So, CM Babu was given Seat 1 and Pawan Kalyan got Seat 39.
The surprise here was YSRCP leader Jagan getting seat in front row in the opposition bench. The cabinet ministers got front row which was announced by Deputy Speaker after Zero Hour.
Meanwhile, an interesting conversation took place in the Assembly lobby. Finance Minister Payyavula Keshav jovially said that since allocation was as per seniority, members like Ganta Srinivas have to attend Assembly regularly.
Then the discussion shifted to the seat of YS Jagan. As per guidelines, he got the first seat in the last block, they discussed.
However, considering the strength of YSRCP and since the party is not recognized as the opposition party, YSRCP chief should not get it. Yet, the Deputy Speaker gave due respect to Jagan. Now it remains to be seen if Jagan will maintain his respect towards Assembly or continues to avoid Assembly on one reason or the other and raise slogans of fighting among people.
