Kanna’s ultimatum to BJP?

The Congress Leaders who joined BJP after the state division are carrying out their own agenda in Andhra Pradesh. We have already seen Purandeswari, Kanna Lakshmi Narayana and Kavuri Sambasiva Rao trying to push their anti-TDP agenda on to the party and break the alliance between TDP and BJP.

On the other side, Kanna Lakshmi Narayana went a step ahead and is demanding AP BJP President Post. He is pushing his case as that will send a positive signals to the Kapu community. However several senior leaders in BJP are also running for the post. Kanna reportedly served an ultimatum to the high command over this.

If he is not given the Post, then he will be jumping the fence to YSR Congress. TDP leaders are already accusing these leaders as pursuing Congress agenda in BJP, if Kanna happens to defect to YSR Congress, then TDP will be more than happy because it is troubling the party if they stay in BJP and go on unsettling the alliance partner.
