Kalvakuntla Kavitha is away from the comfort zone of the BRS after she got excluded from the party on disciplinary grounds earlier. She is on her own in Telangana politics now and has recently launched her TRS party.
Now, Kavita has already made a big announcement regarding the upcoming Telangana Assembly election.
Kavitha sat in front of the media today and announced that her party would be providing 1 acre of land for each family without any piece of land.
This essentially means that every single family in Telangana that does not own any land will be provided with 1 acre of property by Kavitha if the TRS comes to power.
In terms of possibilities, the actual aspect of TRS coming to power in their first ever election campaign itself is very bleak. On top of that executing such a mighty scheme like disbursing 1 acre of land per family is another hectic process.
Well, government have already been struggling to deliver on free housing premises made to the people. So the aspect of disbursing 1 acre of land is going to be hundred times more collocated and inefficient.
But Kavitha appeared to be an ambitious politician by nature, and this is to be understood from her statement today. So only time will tell if the Telangana public will be interested in this proposition made by the TRS chief today.
