Back when KCR was the chief minister of Telangana, he faced frequent complaints about the unavailability for common public. He confined himself to the designated enclosure while mass outreach was nearly out of reach. But his public policy making came to the rescue as he served 10 years.
But after the 2023 Telangana electoral debacle, KCR had mostly confined himself to the Erravelli farmhouse. Rarely did he make a public appearance, let alone the prospect of being with the public.
But finally, KCR appears to have decided that it is time for him to be increasingly active in the public’s eye as he is stepping out ever so frequently.
Recently, KCR took bath in a massive public meeting in Jagityal that was to facilitate the arrival of Jeevan Reddy into the BRS. KCR was at his usual fiery best as he took on the Congress administration in the state.
Today, KCR has come back into the public eye by partaking in the BRS formation activities at the party headquarters in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. This happens to be his second public appearance at a wide capacity in 1 week time.
The crucial driving force for any political party is the frequent visibility of their chief, and this is where BRS had been lacking in KCR’s absence. KTR always kept himself available to the working masses but the presence of KCR is the decisive factor and it’s good for BRS that this is finally happening.
