Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is planning to have the quarters of his key officials close to his Camp Office in Begumpet. Currently a residence for KCR is being constructed behind the camp office and it will be ready by Dussehra time. Currently the quarters of the officials are at different places.

This is becoming problem when the CM calls for some emergency meeting. The officials are taking so much of time to reach the camp office from various parts of the city. The government is planning to construct these quarters at Ameerpet where there are some government quarters. Officials living here will be shifted to come other place.
The R&B officials have already started preparing DPR for this new quarters. Once the DPR is approved, tenders will be called for the construction. By the end of May, the officials living in Ameerpet quarters will be moved to other places. The only objection for this is the ‘administrative convenience’ is going to come at big expense.
