Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will reshuffle his cabinet and the new team will take oath on the 11th of this month.
The cabinet meeting on the 7th will be the last one for the current cabinet. Ministers who will be losing their positions will be asked to resign after the meeting.
New ministers will take oath on the 11th. Meanwhile, there is a buzz in the political circles – Perni Nani and Kodali Nani who are the most-vocal ministers in the current team may lose their berths.
Perni Nani is already dropping such hints for the past couple of days. He will be replaced by another Kapu MLA.
Kodali Nani will also be shown the door out and will be replaced by Denduluru MLA Abbaya Chowdary of the same Kamma community. The first-time MLA has become active in the media in the last few weeks.
He emerged as a Giant-killer in the 2019 elections by defeating TDP Rebel Chintamaneni Prabhakar.
Kodali is known for his non-stop abuses of Chandrababu Naidu and Lokesh and always makes the Chief Minister happy with his tirade.
Perni Nani acted as a bridge between the film industry and the government in recent Ticket prices controversies. Being from the same community, he was often used to attack Pawan Kalyan.
