Kodi Kathi Case: Jagan Should Answer These Qs First

Jagan Mohan Reddy was attacked with a Kodi Kathi in Vishakapatnam Airport before the 2019 elections. Later on, it was revealed that the attacker was a YSR Congress Sympathizer but Jagan used the incident to help him in the elections.

NIA investigated the case and ruled out any conspiracy. The case has been in the NIA court since then and the accused is in jail without bail. The court summoned Jagan multiple times to attend and give witness but he did not turn up.

So, the accused is not getting Bail.

Earlier, Jagan approached the NIA court for a thorough investigation of the case but the court refused. This was way back in July this year. Now, Jagan all of a sudden, approached the High Court for a thorough investigation.

The High Court directed the Registrar to give the Number for the case and posted it on the 17th of this month.

But then, there are many questions in this case already.

Why a thorough investigation when Jagan is not cooperating with the trial? When the highest investigation agency run in the Central Government’s purview ruled out conspiracy, what is the need for a thorough investigation?

When the NIA Court ruled out a Thorough investigation in July, why the delay of three months in approaching the High Court?

If the opponents allege it is a stunt before elections, it is tough for YSR Congress supporters to deny because of Jagan’s actions.
