Neopolis layout draws strong interest because of its high-quality infrastructure. Builders also prefer it as there is no limit on the number of floors. This freedom has brought top realtors to the area and increased competition for prime land.

With no height restrictions, developers use the land for commercial and residential projects. The ORR sits on one side, and Rayadurgam on the other. Its closeness to major IT companies is pushing the prices even higher, earning Kokapet the nickname ‘kotlapet’.
