Konaseema: Flood Victims Heckle YSRCP MLA

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is touring the flood-affected Konaseema on 26th and 27th. He wants to prove the Opposition’s allegations of the people not getting enough support.

But even before Jagan could do that, an incident happened to prove how the Opposition is right.

YSR Congress Gannavaram MLA Kondeti Chittibabu toured Peddapatnam Lanka of Mamidikuduru Mandal of Konaseema district.

The locals have questioned the MLA on the lack of basic development in their area.

They also questioned the rationale of giving only 2000 Rupees even to those whose houses got collapsed.

Only a few days ago, people of Lanka villages in the same constituency did protest against the MLA about not getting food packets

The Chief Minister’s tour is therefore planned carefully to avoid such areas. Only handpicked people will get to go near and speak to the Chief Minister.
