If You Touch Those Districts, It’s Fire: KTR

KTR warns Congress over district removal

BRS working president KTR said that during KCR’s tenure, development reached all cities in Telangana equally. He alleged that the Congress government sidelined this progress and claimed that no real development has taken place during its two years in power.

KTR said Panchayats are facing serious issues, with no tanker water supply and no diesel provided for tractors. The former MAUD minister expressed confidence that BRS, which won 40 seats in Panchayat elections, will perform strongly in the upcoming ZPTC elections.

He stated that KCR implemented rythu bandhu with an allocation of Rs 73 crore and accused the Congress of ruining the scheme. KTR said no one received justice in two years and made sharp remarks accusing Congress of taking away women’s ‘pustalu’ instead of giving them gold.

KTR warned that removing Wanaparthy, Gadwal and Narayanapet districts would lead to serious consequences for the Congress. He said such a move would trigger major unrest and declared that the party would face fire if it went ahead.

He also alleged that BRS completed 90 percent of the Rangareddy-Palamuru project with Rs 30,000 crore. KTR claimed the Congress government has failed to complete the remaining 10 percent despite having the groundwork ready.
