The High Court has said that it was pertinent for Borugadda Anil to remain in jail. The Court questioned if Borugadda had no other work apart from posting obscene posts on social media.
The Court made it clear that they cannot show pity on such a person and struck down his bail petition.
Borugadda Anil is in news for posting obscene and offensive matter against TDP head Chandrababu Naidu, Lokesh and women members of opposition parties.
Borugadda Anil has multiple cases on him for inappropriate social media posts. He created a fear factor during YSRCP’s time when even the police did not dare to question him.
Basically from Guntur district, he worked as the AP state president of Republican Party of India and claimed allegiance to former union minister Ramdas Athwale.
He is known to address Jagan as ‘anna’ and gained noteirity for using offensive language during talk shows and on social media. He would even threaten that he would kill anyone who is against Jagan.
He is said to have committed atrocities in Guntur city and the police didn’t dare to touch him due to his proximity to Jagan.
Now the social media is happy that the High Court extended his jail term. The netizens feel such people need to be punished for their irreverence.
