Lokesh And Pawan Kalyan’s Obligations For Jagan

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is going to reshuffle his cabinet for the first time after coming to power. It will be a major rejig as Jagan is going to face the election with this team.

As Jagan begins work to reshuffle the cabinet. Two MLAs are fancying their chances and are confident of getting berths. They are Mangalagiri MLA Alla Rama Krishna Reddy and Bhimavaram MLA Grandhi Srinivas.

During the 2019 election campaign, Jagan announced that he would make both of them ministers if they can emerge as Giant Killers defeating Nara Lokesh and Pawan Kalyan. And they did.

But then, he could not accommodate them in the first cabinet for various reasons. It has to be seen if they will be given a chance at least now. Alla earlier announced not contesting the 2024 elections.

In that case, Jagan may rethink taking him in the cabinet. Pawan Kalyan may not contest from Bhimavaram and in such a case, Grandhi’s place may be at risk as well.

But Jagan may have to take them to keep his word.
