Once on the ground, you get praises and also brickbats. If you are there, you should take both. Chandrababu Naidu should get the credit for it.

People may allow sometime when there is a calamity like this, no excuses allowed.
This nature’s wakeup call for the administrator in Chandrababu.
When a calamity occurs, it will bring questions on how you invest on infrastructure, on how you deal encroachments with iron fist, on how you pool funds for development, and on how you ready your government machinery.
When such questions come, people may not expect much from leaders like Jagan Mohan Reddy but someone like Chandrababu Naidu should have the answers.
Call it lucky or unlucky, the expectations are always high on someone like Chandrababu.
Despite the best efforts of Chandrababu, victims in some areas fired on the Government due to sheer helplessness. In distress, people will not remember that its been only three months since Chandrababu Naidu came to power.
So, forget about what Jagan Mohan Reddy says or does, Naidu has to work to meet the standards set up himself.
There is no honeymoon period, he should remember.
