No Major Differences With CBN: Vallabhaneni Vamsi

Vallabhaneni Vamsi

Vallabhaneni Vamsi is one of the three MLAs who deserted the Telugu Desam Party after the 2019 elections.

Vamsi was the one who first badmouthed Nara Bhuvaneshwari and later that led to a big controversy with the party leaders using the same in the Assembly.

Vamsi’s Gannavaram is a TDP bastion and there are reports that Vamsi is struggling there.

Group Politics in the YSR Congress is also proving to be troublesome for Vamsi.

Vamsi attended a program on TV9 and was asked if he was uncomfortable in the YSR Congress.

“I was in TDP for twenty years contesting as an MLA and MP. I came to politics to have a broader platform. I do not have any ideological issues with Chandrababu Naidu garu. But it is like one generation does not like another generation. I and Kodali Nani could not get on with the district leadership and the second-generation leadership (Nara Lokesh). We could not come back and join another broader platform, YSR Congress,” Vamsi said.

Netizens are of the opinion that there is remorse in Vamsi’s voice and he may be preparing his way back to the TDP after the elections.

But then, Vamsi’s comments on Bhuvaneshwari will come in his way if he takes the decision.

Yarlagadda Venkat Rao is the TDP candidate in Gannavaram and he is cruising ahead in the campaign while Vamsi’s campaign is not picking pace.

Incidentally, Yarlagadda was in YSR Congress previously and later shifted to the Cycle Party after Vamsi joined the Ruling Party there.
