No way sharing assets with AP

Recently Supreme Court had ordered to divide these institutions in population ratio.

Telangana did not response to various letters written by AP for consultations and is now planning to post their dissent with the Center as well. Telangana officials will say the Center that that the Supreme Court judgement is limited only to the education council. And even education council will not be shared on the ground that a review petition is pending.

Andhra Pradesh wants to settle the transfer by October as it is moving its administration from Hyderabad to Amaravati. There are 142 institutions under this section and they are valued at 25000 Crore according to the market value. If the meeting resolves the issue as per the court directive, Andhra Pradesh will have a breather from its severe financial crisis.
