YSR Congress which boycotted Amaravati Foundation event citing various reasons, however consented for the next session of Assembly in Thullur. In the all party meeting conducted by the Speaker, YSR Congress was represented by MLC Ummareddy Venkateswarulu.

All the parties have agreed for the Winter session in Assembly. Some members felt that Budget session should also happen there. Some have opined that all the sessions should happen in Thullur until the Assembly building is ready in the new capital.
The Speaker had ordered the officials to prepare estimates about the temporary Assembly buildings and sent it to the Chief Minister. The government will take the final decision about the session.
