
Andhra Pradesh Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan revealed that Thursday marked his mother Anjana Devi’s birthday. To celebrate the occasion, he adopted two giraffes as part of an animal protection initiative. He encouraged others to also adopt animals for their care.
Pawan Kalyan visited the Visakhapatnam zoo and spent time interacting with animals. He said that adopting animals helps in conservation efforts. His visit focused on spreading awareness about wildlife protection.
Earlier, he walked through the flower garden inside the zoo. Butterflies sat on him during the walk, which left the Deputy CM in a cheerful mood. The moment was shared by officials present at the venue.
Pawan Kalyan also inaugurated a special enclosure for bears. He fed hippopotamus, black bears, lions and tigers. He even enquired about their names and health conditions.
Later, he inaugurated the Eco Park at Kambalakonda. He walked on the wooden bridge under the canopy and interacted with forest staff. He discussed various issues related to conservation and environmental protection.
Pawan Kalyan said corporates should come forward to support wildlife conservation. He stressed the importance of protecting flora and fauna. His interest in environmental causes has always been well known.
