Pawan Kalyan Shares Health Update of Mark Shankar with Media

In a heartbreaking incident, Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan’s youngest son, Mark Shankar Pawanovich, sustained serious injuries in a fire accident during a summer camp at his school in Singapore.

The fire broke out at 9:45 a.m. local time in a River Valley shophouse, engulfing the second and third floors where about 30 students were present.

Pawan Kalyan addressed the media and explained the timeline of events. He was touring Araku when he received the call and initially assumed it was a minor mishap. However, the situation turned out to be extremely grave and serious.

Mark suffered burns on his hands and legs and inhaled a significant amount of smoke. Doctors are now treating him with bronchoscopy to assess potential lung damage.

He added that there are concerns about long-term health complications for Mark. Another child seated next to Mark suffered third-degree burns, and tragically, one student lost their life.

Pawan Kalyan shared his grief with the media, noting the accident occurred on his elder son Akira’s birthday.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and top political leaders including Chandrababu Naidu, Jagan Mohan Reddy, and K.T. Rama Rao extended their prayers and support.
