The Chargesheet of the SIT in the TTD Laddu Case was filed in the ACB Court in Nellore. Soon after its submission the contents were leaked on social media. This leak triggered strong political and online reactions.
YSR Congress Social Media is now using the leak to its advantage. They are claiming that the Chargesheet says there was no Animal Fat in the ghee supplied to the TTD. They also say no YSR Congress leader was named.
However the same Chargesheet states that the ghee supplied was not derived from milk and was fully chemical. Several TTD officials were named as accused. This includes the then Chairman YV Subba Reddy’s PA.
The case involves an alleged scam worth 250 Crore. Such a large scam cannot happen without the involvement of senior people in the TTD and the Government. This point is being raised strongly by many observers.
The Left Wing across the country has now turned its focus on Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan. They are questioning him for hurting sentiments using the Animal Fat angle. They argue that the Chargesheet presents a different picture.
A major campaign is running against Pawan Kalyan on this issue. Even Chandrababu Naidu made the Antimal fat allegations earlier. Yet the main target of the criticism remains only Pawan Kalyan.
We have already seen Prakash Raj targeting Pawan Kalyan and more voices are expected to follow. This is because Pawan Kalyan projects himself as a supporter of Sanathana Dharma and Right Wing politics in the South.
The Left Wing feels uneasy about this rise. They want to prevent the South from moving in the BJP direction. On the other hand Pawan Kalyan wants to stay in the good books of the BJP.
The Left believes that attacking him will hurt his credibility. Yet the BJP High Command monitors these posts closely. This keeps Pawan Kalyan on their radar and strengthens his image among the Right Wing base.
