Perception in favour of TRS in GHMC?

The crucial GHMC elections are round the corner. The ruling party until now which is very much worried about the elections is suddenly looking very confident. The recent overwhelming result in Warangal by-election and all the MLAs of opposition coming to the Pink party is making them confident.

They are of the opinion that public perception is building up towards a TRS win. They feel normally public when they feel the party of their choice will not win, will stop voting for those parties. This perception will either force the voters of opposition to change their decision or abstain from voting which will benefit TRS anyway.

The elections for GHMC will complete by January end. TRS already enjoys the benefit of having direct or indirect support of MIM which will play a crucial role by winning a majority chunk of wards in Old City.
