If the buzz emerging from Telangana government sources is to be believed, there is a kind of ‘Policy Paralysis’ in the state. The Source say Chief Minister K Chandra Sekhar Rao does not trust any one and wants to study everything himself before taking a decision. The saddest part is that this do not apply only to the ministries under him but all the ministers of the state. The unwritten rule is that no minister should approve any policy decision without his consent. As a result there is too much of delay in taking any decisions in the government.
However a source in TRS comes to KCR’s defense in this issue, “Most of the ministers are politically novice. They are some times over enthusiastic and may result in wrong decisions which may go against the government. So, KCR is just being extra careful”. It is also said KCR is trying to keep corruption away from his government by involving in every decision.
