Eenadu has published a main page article about too many power cuts in Andhra Pradesh with a title ‘Jagana…Andhakaaraka‘.
Power cuts have returned to Andhra Pradesh, a power surplus state between 2014-19 since the Government has no money to purchase power from open markets.
Blue Media is offended with the title for calling Jagan as Andhakaaraka. The media is preaching Media ethics to Ramoji Rao for the heading ignoring the merits in the article.
It is interesting to note that the same media has ignored Sakshi‘s cartoons of Ramoji Rao. Portraying Ramoji Rao without clothes is a favorite cartoon of Sakshi for years together.
Blue media supporting Jagan and Sakshi never objected such cartoons even though Ramoji Rao is an octogenarian and is a respected media figure. Moreover, he is a Padmabhushan awardee but Blue Media never had a problem.
But it is preaching morals for Ramoji Rao and Eenadu.
