Telangana CM Revanth Reddy took time out of his busy schedule to practise football ahead of an exhibition match at Uppal Stadium on December 13. An avid football lover, he is preparing seriously for the event.
Football legend Leonel Messi will take part in the match, and the CM will be playing alongside him. As part of the preparation, Revanth Reddy began practice sessions at MCHRD. Meanwhile, officials are arranging everything needed for Messi’s G.O.A.T tour.
The state government is planning a grand welcome for Messi, who will be visiting India for the second time. The exhibition match will be played between Messi’s team and the CM’s team, with Revanth Reddy likely to captain the side.
Reports say that students from government schools will join the CM’s team. Revanth Reddy will wear a jersey labelled RR 9. His officers say the CM’s passion for football is well known, and he is making time for regular practice.
