Rs 1034 Cr Star Hotels To Come Up In AP

Andhra Pradesh has approved five major hospitality projects worth Rs 1034 crore. These developments signal a strong push toward premium tourism and business travel infrastructure. The projects span key cities, aiming to support rising economic and visitor activity across the state.

The port city and AI capital Vizag will get a Grand Hyatt 5 Star hotel on three acres with an investment of Rs 225.30 crore. Vizag will also host The Hilton Garden Inn 5 Star hotel on five acres, costing Rs 348.12 crore.

Tirupati is set to receive two star hotels to cater to pilgrims and business travellers. A Hilton Garden Inn 4 star hotel will come up on 0.88 acres with an investment of Rs 149.65 crore. An Oberoi brand 5 star hotel will be built on 20 acres with an investment of Rs 250 crore.

Bapatla will see a Radisson Resort with an investment of Rs 61.32 crore. As a seaside city, the resort is expected to attract travellers seeking relaxed coastal stays and leisure-focused holidays.

With multiple economic zones under development, the hospitality sector in AP is seeing steady growth. Increased business travel creates demand for premium accommodation. The Chandrababu government’s focus on tourism is also drawing top hotel brands into the state.
